What this covers

This policy explains what Parametra collects when you visit parametra.net, buy a licence, or use iCity, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

Account and purchase details you give us: name, email address and the plan you hold. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

Basic technical information from the website: pages visited, referring page, browser and operating system.

Add-on telemetry

The add-on does not transmit your scenes. Version and licence checks send only the add-on version and licence key. Credit usage is recorded per generation so your balance stays accurate.

How we use it

To deliver licences and updates, answer support requests, and decide what to build next. We do not sell personal data.

Reviews and community

A review you submit is published with the name you supply after a moderation check. Discord participation is governed by Discord’s own policy.

Retention

Licence records are kept for as long as the licence is valid plus seven years for accounting. Support threads are kept for two years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by writing to support@parametra.net. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

Material changes to this policy are announced on the website and in the Discord server before they take effect.
