Agreement

By installing or using iCity you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install the add-on.

Licence granted

A licence is per seat and runs for the term you pay for, monthly or annually. Team licences require a minimum of three seats.

Credits are granted per month and are spent on generation. Bonus credits issued with a launch offer do not expire.

Commercial use

The free tier is non-commercial. Indie carries a solo commercial licence; Studio and Team cover commercial and client work, including films, games, simulations and planning studies.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell or sublicense the add-on or the bundled asset library as assets in their own right, and you may not remove licence checks.

Updates and support

Updates within a major version are included. Support is provided by email and Discord with a target response time of 24 to 48 hours.

Third-party software

The add-on runs inside your 3D software, which is governed by its own licence.

Refunds

Contact us first if a technical problem is blocking you — most refunds start as a bug report. Annual prepayments are refundable pro rata within the first 14 days.

Liability

The add-on is provided as it is. Parametra is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

These terms are the whole agreement between you and Parametra regarding the add-on. Questions go to support@parametra.net.
