By accessing or using Parametra products (iCity, iCars, iCrowds) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products.
2 License Grant
Upon purchase, Parametra grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products according to the license type you have purchased:
Personal
For individual, non-commercial use only
Commercial
For commercial projects and productions
Studio
For teams within a single organization
3 Permitted Use
You may:
- Use our products to create original works and projects
- Render and export content created with our tools
- Include generated content in your commercial projects (with appropriate license)
- Modify and customize generated assets for your projects
4 Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the product files
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the core product code
- Use the products to create competing tools or add-ons for resale
- Transfer your license to another party without written permission
- Use the products for illegal or harmful purposes
5 Intellectual Property
Parametra and its products are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in the products remain with Parametra.
Your Content: Content you create using our tools is owned by you, subject to the terms of your license.
6 Updates & Support
Your license includes access to updates and support as specified at the time of purchase. We strive to provide regular updates and improvements but reserve the right to modify or discontinue features.
7 Warranty Disclaimer
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the products will be error-free or meet all your requirements. We recommend testing thoroughly before using in production environments.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parametra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
9 Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team if you experience issues with your purchase.
10 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
